A little known fact about Go Dairy Free: The Guide and Cookbook, is that it features original recipes from the author of My Sweet Vegan, Hannah Kaminsky. While savories are a necessity, a book about living dairy-free would not be complete without numerous indulgent treats. Hannah’s contributions include Pumpkin “Cheesecake,” Pecan Pralines, Cocoa-Nut Scones, Caramel Corn (pictured at right), and Bakery-Style Chocolate Chip Cookies, just to name a few. She also took an active roll in recipe testing, helping to perfect the Mint Stracciatella / Mint Chip “Ice Cream” (pictured at left). To share in the success of this new release, Hannah is giving away two copies of Go Dairy Free on her blog, Bittersweet. To enter to win, simply leave a comment on the giveaway post. The winners will be selected later this week. Good luck!
