Anonymous ~ Absolutely had to share this. My 30-year old daughter has suffered with a troubled complexion and eczema for the last 10 years. She tried just about everything topical. The steroid creams helped the eczema but this is not a lifetime option. She finally decided to try an elimination diet and started with dairy, because it seemed to be what she consumed the most. I’m not lying when I say that within 2 weeks it was all gone. She swears she’ll never go back to dairy. The change was just so remarkable. Your website is so informative and we thank you for it.

That is so true, going dairy free pretty much cured me from eczema as well. It’s great to read other people’s success stories. If you suffer from eczema, I definitely recommend eliminating dairy products from your diet.
