Vegan and No Asthma

Elizabeth ~ I went vegan, strictly six weeks ago.  I used to drink several cups of milk a day as well as lots of yogurt and cheese.  I lived for any kind of cheese! After two weeks I noticed my chronic asthma was less noticeable.  After four weeks I am not wheezing and I have not used my inhaler since I changed my diet.  Previously I needed the inhaler almost every day.

It seems to be the dairy that caused it.  As a bonus I am losing weight quickly and this seems to be helping my asthma also.   After having asthma my whole life I wish someone would have informed me.   Although I miss the cheese, it's worth no asthma.
