Lost: 25 lbs, 3 inches, and $237 in tailoring costs


Michael ~ In February, I removed all dairy, meat, and eggs from my diet. I did this to reduce my blood pressure which in 9 months is now well within the normal range.

Since then, I have lost 25 lbs (189=>164), 3 inches from my waist (34=>31), and $237 in tailoring costs.

I’m convinced that I’ve been allergic to dairy. Nice to find out at 52 years old!! I think dairy has been responsible for breathing problems, allergies, tightness of breath, and maybe asthma. I have never breathed clearly out of both nostrils and my head was often swollen. Since changing my menu 9 months ago, I feel so good that I had to pass it on.
