Anonymous ~ I am sixteen years old and I have always been severely allergic to dairy, eggs, and peanuts. Whenever someone finds that out for the first time they tell me right away, “Wow, that really sucks. I’m sorry!”. But in my opinion it’s nothing to be sorry about. My allergies over the years have taught me so much. They’ve made me never feel sorry for myself because I remember how many people out there have it off so much worse. I’m an extremely fortunate person and so what if I’ve never had ice cream, or cheese? It makes me different and I’m very educated about allergies because of my own situation. Who needs dairy?
