It isn’t brand new, but Bitchin’ Sauce has truly taken off this past year. They’ve gained distribution in Costco, Walmart, and now Target stores in the U.S. Their savory blends are a bit like hummus, only creamier, richer, and made with almonds instead of chickpeas and tahini. Consequently, they hold their own a little better on pasta, baked potatoes, and more.
Bitchin’ Sauce Hits the Mark with Several Dairy-Free Flavors
Each variety is made with the same base ingredients, but the flavors have a little something added to make them special – like hot peppers or herbs. They can be used as a spread, dip, or sauce, and thicken the longer they are refrigerated. If you’ve tried any of them, please leave your unbiased rating and review below. What Others Are Saying ...
My new obsession
This stuff is addictive. I love every flavor and can’t stop eating it.
Chipotle
It’s smoky and has a bit of a bite. Nice flavor!
Tried the queso
It has a dusty texture. Had it on tortilla chips and actually thought it was chip seasoning at first! Great taste though.
I am hooked!
My college age daughter wanted to try it so as she always does, she tossed it in the cart. While she did not care for it, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Have not gotten past using it as a dip, but “wow” and I have only tried “original”. It is a healthy alternative that tastes like it is triple the calories!
Just yes.
I would drink this.
Truly Bitchin Sauce
Where do I begin? I came over to the dairy free side a few months ago. Cheese is my muse for all life things. I live cheese. That is not a misprint, I LIVE for cheese. But cheese wasn’t living for me any longer. To my dismay I thought I would have to bear the agony forever of being cheese less to all the things, because no sauce or cheese felt “creamy.” Until like the meet cute at a lake gathering. There it was “vegan” sauce. I held my breath because we’ve been here before taste buds. Love at first bite. This sauce is creamy, fresh, delicious, versatile. I use it in Buddha Bowls, in my salads, on my nachos, on my pizza, on my pasta. See where I am going with this. Life. There you go that is my review of Bitchin Sauce.
