Last year, Bubbies announced the launch of their first vegan mochi, but the ingredients didn’t align with consumer preference at that time. Rather than push forward, their team decided to retool the recipe. Most notably, they replaced the coconut milk base with a trendier oatmilk formula. And here they are – Bubbies Dairy-Free Mochi, now made with oatmilk ice cream.
Bubbies Vegan Mochi is a Cool Way to Enjoy a Hawaiian-Style Treat
Despite the base change, Bubbies stayed true to the initial flavors of their plant-based line: chocolate, strawberry, and mango. They are available as single-serves (sold in the big freezer mochi cases) and in multi-pack boxes.
