Chobani Oat Yogurt Cups Join the Dairy-Free Culture
Because oats are leaner than coconut, Chobani’s Oat Yogurt does contain more ingredients than their Non-Dairy Coconut Yogurt. Oats need a little more help to reach a creamy consistency. And take note that these are not coconut-free. Each flavor contains a little bit of coconut.
At our time of review, Chobani hadn’t listed the cultures in their Oat Yogurt Cups, but they might be the same as the ones in their Non-Dairy Coconut Yogurt. Those are l. acidophilus, l. bulgaricus, l. paracasei, s. thermophilus, bidus, and l. casei.

A really nasty non-dairy yogurt option - I will never buy this again
Once was more than enough. I bought the Strawberry Vanilla this morning and had it for breakfast. It was the nastiest non-dairy option that I have ever tried. I thought that it had a medicinal taste and a lingering bad aftertaste (lingering for hours) Though I avoid dairy products, I have had regular Chobani yogurts in the past, and they were very good.
Too sweet
It is incredibly sweet. No problem with texture or consistency. I bought 4. I ate 2 snd threw the others out.
The best nondairy yogurt!
I found the Vanilla flavor on sale in Toronto and bought six of them since I have just had dental surgery and need to eat soft foods. This yogurt tastes of real vanilla and is even better with cinnamon and blueberry powder mixed in. I will buy it after the tooth has healed, this is much better than any other nondairy yogurt that I have tried.
Too sweet
Purchased the strawberry vanilla and it was too sweet.
Will purchase again if company comes up with a no sugar version.
No problem with the texture.
This is the nastiest yogurt alternative I've ever had
It looks like that slime that kids play with and tastes like watered down play-doh. I don’t know how this passed quality assurance. I gagged upon trying this. Bad dairy free alternative
Too sweet, weird texture
Way too sweet and a weird sliminess to the texture. I tried strawberry vanilla. I won’t buy again.
Tasty
I enjoyed the taste more then I thought I would. Would buy again
Bitter
Lots of people are saying these are too sweet, but I’ve actually found them to be incredibly bitter, almost like I’m eating soap. The ones I’ve tried are strawberry vanilla and blueberry pomegranate. Not sure what gives it this flavor, but it’s something I don’t notice in the Chobani coconut yogurts, so it must be something with the oat formula in particular. Very unfortunate because I DO like Chobani’s coconut yogurts, and was hoping these would be just as good. Even gave a second flavor a try in case it was just the flavor but seems like oat is a no go in this case.
Looks and tastes like flavored water
I have never had a bad Chobani flavor in the past until I tried their new Oat milk Flips – specifically the strawberry granola flavor. When I removed the lid, at least 1/3 of the cup was liquid and when I stirred it into the yogurt, it did not get thick instead it was watery clumps. I will stick to the regular and low sugar Chobani flavors in the future as this was a waste of money.
Tastes bad, runny and too sweet
Tastes awful, and way too sweet for me personally. I only bought one to try it, so I won’t purchase again. ALso kind of a runny texture.
