Chobani Plant Based Coffee Creamer Enters the Dairy Copycat Category

    0
By Alisa Fleming on April 25, 2022 Dairy-Free Creamer Product Reviews, Product Reviews

The innovators at Chobani realize that oatmilk might have peaked last year, so they’re quickly moving toward the latest trend: dairy copycats. Forget the single ingredient focus. Brands like Silk, So Delicious, and now, Chobani, are focused on formulating milky blends that have the same taste and mouthfeel as dairy. Their latest attempt is Chobani Plant Based Coffee Creamer, a rich, creamy, and dairy-like product that comes in four sweet flavors.

Chobani Plant Based Coffee Creamer Enters the Dairy Copycat Category

The new plant based creamers look similar to Chobani’s oat creamers, but they do have a different formula. Instead of oat milk, they’re made with a touch of pea protein and a richer oil profile. Once you’ve bought and tried any flavor, be sure to leave your unbiased review below!

    AWFUL!

I love the Chobani Oat creamers, they are so creamy and taste great, so I thought this plant-based one would be the same. Unfortunately, these taste extremely artificial and almost chemically. I’m not sure if they still make the oat formula, but I have trouble finding it now and can only find this kind. Dear Chobani, please fix this atrocity you call creamer.

I was hesitant to purchased a new creamer because grocery prices are too high for experimenting on some things, but I needed to make a change. This is by far the best creamer I have ever tasted. I couldn’t be happier with the taste and ingredients. I can’t believe there are any negative reviews on this.

    Weird perfumey smell

Had a coupon, tried French Vanilla non-dairy. I noticed the odd perfumey smell as soon as I opened it, and it lingered in my coffee. My son tried some as well and agreed the scent was off-putting. I dumped the rest down the drain and will go back to good old cow-based creamer

    Sweet & Creamy

I tried Chobani’s Sweet & Creamy coffee, and it was delicious. The other flavor I tried in the past was the Chocolate, Coconut, and almond (Almond Coco Loco flip). This brand has some best or maybe better creamers. But everyone’s different and have their own preferences and tastes they like. Overall, I like the flavor and taste with its creamy texture.

We love this plant based coffee creamer – chocolate hazelnut is the best. Our location does NOT offer this product.
