Chobani Probiotic Drinks hit Refresh with Oats, Herbs, and Fruit Juice

0

Chobani is taking GoodBelly head on with their new line of plant-based, fermented beverages. Like GoodBelly Juice Drinks and Probiotic Shots, Chobani Probiotic Drinks start with a base of whole grain oats and fruit juice that’s fermented with probiotic cultures. They then blend in organic fruit, herbal extracts, or spices, depending on the flavor. The end result has a light effervescence, pleasant sweetness, and no added sugars.

I’ve tried each flavor and i like all of them. I drink one bottle spread out to 3 servings in one day. Already noticed a difference.
I am WFPB so its nice to find more drinks like these, in the supermarket, that aren’t dairy based.

I bought the Hisbiscus tea. Taste is horrible..like rotten food left in the fridge for weeks. Can’t make it past a second sip.

Fast great. The flavors are subtle and the fizzy is nice – not overwhelming like kombucha.

Tastes bad

I love probiotic and fermented drinks, s when I saw this in store I had to try it. I got the Cherry Hibiscus Tea. I have to agree with a previous review, it does taste a bit like seltzer, seltzer that is watering down vinegar that has been stirred with those old fashioned cherry ice pops. There were too many tastes going on and they did not blend well together. There’s also a really strong aftertaste, something akin to the taste of Stevia or another sweetener when you eat/drink something sugar-free. It sounds like it’s going to have lots of benefits so I guess why not, but I would take a Kombucha over this any day.

Tastes like seltzer water almost, good to know the fizzy taste is healthy 🙂
