Tasting Notes for Cocoa Canard Spooning Chocolate
Once melted and whipped into hot water, it has a rich, smooth, semi-sweet flavor appealing to most chocoholic taste buds. Although it’s delicious chilled as well, this time of year, piping hot chocolate is my pleasure. Also, adding a touch of light coconut milk (note that the tiny white specs in my mug are from the coconut milk, not the chocolate!) makes it more of a full-bodied beverage.
