Cocojune Coconut Yogurt is a Dairy-Free Taste of Greek-style Culture

It’s hard to find Coyo, so I was happy to see another pure, rich, coconut yogurt gaining distribution. Cocojune doesn’t mess around with watery “milks.” They use 5 live and active probiotics to culture real, full-fat coconut milk, which they make from fresh organic coconuts. The result is a naturally thick consistency, much like Greek yogurt.

Cocojune Coconut Yogurt Reviews and Info. Pure, low sugar, dairy-free, high fat, coconut milk yogurt. Also vegan with paleo and keto friendly options.

Like many Greek yogurts, Cocojune also keeps the sugars low. They have a no added sugar, keto-friendly “pure” variety and three very lightly sweetened flavors. They can be eaten plain, used as a topping, or even spread on toast (see picture below – yes, that really is Cocojune!).

I had no idea non-dairy yoghurt could taste so good.

I am currently detoxing from sugar in any form. I grew up in Austria where yoghurts tasted like desserts despite that had a much lower sugar level. I was never able to find a match in the USA. My first taste of just a plain yoghurt I spit in the sink – it was way too sweet. I then found the Emmy yoghurt (Swiss made) and was over the moon – an edible yoghurt. Not for long, and it had the same sweetness as American yoghurts. I called Emmy and asked what happened. I was told that the U.S. government has regulated the import. The yoghurts could still be made with Swiss fruit, but as for the milk, A,eric an milk had to be used. I was told that American milk has naturally 7 grams more sugar than Swiss milk.

Anyhow……I am so very happy to have found these coconut yoghurts. They are simply delicious. I have tried other coconut ones, but this one is the creme de la creme.

It was so so good I’ve been trying new dairy-free yogurts, but it did not sit well on my stomach. I don’t have any allergies so my reaction was so unexpected.

I absolutely love the lemon elderflower. I haven’t tried the other flavors but I’m excited to. I have been missing the tartness of real yogurt and this one gave it to me with just the right sweetness. I love the texture too. Yes it’s a little bit less product than typical yogurts, but honestly the fact that the company is plastic neutral and the yogurt comes in a paper cup is enough for me to ignore that! I absolutely love the paper cup and wish more companies would make the switch

A true gem of a yogurt

Discovering this yogurt gem brings me great happiness. I am huge fan of the elderflower taste and seek it out where available. This lemon elderflower is my favorite, but can sub the the vanilla camomile, in a pinch. I agree the quantity is much less than competitors, but I gladly give that up for the quality and delicate flavor of a superior product.

Best Coconut Yogurt... But Expensive, and they SHORT YOU on quantity! 🙁

I am only consuming non-dairy yogurt temporarily, during an elimination diet. I’m looking forward to welcoming back sheep and goat yogurt. Meanwhile, this is THE BEST TASTING coconut yogurt I have found and I always have several cups in my fridge. I love using it to make a ranch-style dip for my veggies.

They lose a star because the containers are always a bit light by around half an ounce. At this price point, honestly, that’s just crappy to do to your customers.
