By Alisa Fleming on May 10, 2019 Dairy-Free Ice Cream Novelty Reviews, Product Reviews

Updated in 2021! As mentioned in our latest post on Coolhaus Dairy-Free Ice Cream, Coolhaus was bought out by the Urgent Co., a Perfect Day subsidiary.  The new owners will be making their dairy-based line “animal-free” (heads up, it will still contain milk! Explanation here), but they have vowed that the dairy-free line will remain the same. Well, there is one difference, for now. Coolhaus Dairy-Free Ice Cream Sandwiches have a new flavor and a snazzy new look.

Coolhaus Ice Cream Sandwiches Indulge Us with 6 Dairy-Free Flavors

    Additional Allergen Notes*

Like with most brands, I wouldn’t use their “may contain” statements for guidance when dealing with a severe or sensitive food allergy. We have to assume that they are making Coolhaus Dairy Free Ice Cream in the same facility with their dairy ice cream. But this isn’t disclosed on any of their labels. We will update if they respond with clarification.

I’ve tried all the flavors and love them all but I think the horchata may be my favorite! They’re a little on the expensive side but they’re a superb treat!

Yummy too expensive, too many calories! First time buying at Whole Foods. Did not realize all flavors are NOT dairy free! Now in 100 degree weather have to return one! Got coupons?

I wish I had some coupons for you! You might want to sign up for their newsletter – brands often send coupons via email. They are seriously dense desserts!!
