Treeline Creamy French-Style Soft Nut Cheese Spreads Flavor on Thick
The texture of this soft nut cheese is consistent across each flavor. It’s thick and rich, but quite spreadable. The mouthfeel is creamy with the slight telltale notes of a hand-crafted cashew cheese alternative.
Scallion
The taste of this flavor is savory and pungent with somewhat bold onion notes. It also has a lemony zest that provides a little more tang than you might expect.
Ingredients: cashew nuts, filtered water, onion powder, sea salt, dried scallions, lemon juice, l. acidophilus.*
Nutrition (per 1-ounce serving): 90 calories, 7g fat, 4g carbs, 1g fiber, 0g sugars, 4g protein.*
Green Peppercorn
It’s surprisingly not that peppery, but rather infused with subtle spice that mellows the lemon just enough to provide a little more body and versatility. It’s great on salads or as a spread.
Ingredients: cashew nuts, filtered water, green peppercorns, sea salt, lemon juice, l. acidophilus.*
Nutrition (per 1-ounce serving): 90 calories, 7g fat, 3g carbs, 1g fiber, 0g sugars, 4g protein.*
Chipotle-Serrano Pepper
The heat in this flavor is notably spicy yet deep and flavorful rather than straight-up hot. The bolder flavor also tempers some of the lemony tang.
Ingredients: cashew nuts, filtered water, sea salt, lemon juice, chipotle pepper flakes, l. acidophilus, smoked serrano pepper powder.*

Perfectly creamy and great on so many dishes
This soft cheese is rich and thick, but perfectly spreadable. I think it mimics the consistency of very dense cream cheese (like the ones sold in blocks), but has more interesting flavors and far better ingredients (in my opinion). The flavors are intriguing and definitely cheesy. I tried all but the herb-garlic, and they each added zing to crackers, bread, salad, and pasta. My only complaint is that they are just a touch too “lemony.” A little less tang would make them more versatile and darn near perfect in my book.

This stuff is sooooo good! I’m not even a full fledge vegan (mostly vegetarian). I even had a 100% carnivore try some and he liked it too. I love love love the chipotle. I tried the scallion but it needs more onion flavor.
Unfortunately because I can eat 1/2 of the container in one sitting, I don’t buy it very often. 🙁 Keep up the good work!
Thanks for sharing your feedback Robin!
Didn’t realize probiotics were in it until after I bought it. I like the product but I’m sensitive to fermented, cultured foods. This stuff made me sick. Will never buy again.
