DAH! Almond Yogurt is Honestly Rich in Dairy-Free Probiotics

DAH! makes “India-Style” products that are slow-cultured for richness and a naturally high probiotic count. They make some dairy-based products, but DAH! Almond Yogurt was their first entry into the plant-based world. It originally launched a couple of years ago as “almond milk yogurt,” but it’s since had an image upgrade, and just won a NEXTY award for innovation, inspiration and integrity.

DAH! Almond Yogurt Reviews & Info - slow-cultured with 7 live and active bacterium to contain 15 billion probiotics. Dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, vegan.

DAH! Almond Yogurt is Honestly Rich in Dairy-Free Probiotics

DAH! more recently released a new line of Oat Almond Coconut Yogurt that takes nutrition to another level with no added sugars and 50 billion probiotics per serving. But DAH! Almond Yogurt has it’s own merits. It’s certified organic and gluten-free (plus, no oats!) and cultured with seven different live and active cultures to contain a still very high count of 15 billion probiotics. In fact, this might be more than enough for some stomachs!

DAH! Almond Yogurt also comes in a no added sugar Plain, but their flavors are sweetened with just a touch of cane sugar. They’re still far lower in sugar than most other brands.

This yogurt is always sold out at my local grocery store. I don’t want to eat other yogurt. This product also saves cows. You’re doing something good for your body and the planet. Please make more.

Best low sugar, high protein yogurt alternative

I love this yogurt because it is lower in sugar than most, higher in protein, and tastes good. Hard to find in a dairy alternative yogurt. I am now having trouble finding it though.

I ve been looking for a dairy free, coconut free, yogurt substitution because of my allergies/intolerance to those compounds. Plus I am a nutritionist at heart and believe in clean eating. I was impressed by the flavor and that is not super sweet. I have a gluten, dairy, coconut allergy and also to cane sugar that eaten in bigger quantities has an effect on my body. If they could make one with stevia it would be a better match for me. However, I absolutely love the texture and mild sweetness and creaminess to it. It has few ingredients and I can pronounce them all, so I know it is quite clean nutrition. Highly recommend it. I always go back for more to the one place that has it because I can see they are not so popular yet. I am glad I found it.
