I waffled about how to categorize Dr. Praeger’s Oaties on our site. They’re certainly not a “pastry” but should be in our breakfast category. They are a good snack, but definitely have an a.m. vibe. And they’re kind of like hot cereal, but not really. In the end, I put these in three different product categories, none of which are an exact fit. Hopefully, those of you who are interested in this type of morning convenience can find it!

What Others Are Saying ...
Last review is ridiculous
Apparently the last person doesn’t know what “serving suggestion” means. To give such a poor review because there was no syrup is silly. Review the actual product!
These are great for a quick toddler breakfast! We love them in our household.
No Stars, Misleading Product Name and Photo
No stars is not allowed here. So, I’m forced to award one star. Would you buy frozen spaghetti (with a picture of spaghetti and steaming sauce on the cover) if the product had no sauce? If these are “dippin’ sticks” then I’d expect the dip, aka maple syrup (listed in the ingredients and pictured on the front of the package) to be included. This is not a stand-alone product. it’s dry and in need of syrup of some kind. I feel ripped off.
