    As many of you know, there are quite a few Dairy-Free Duncan Hines Cake Mixes and Dairy-Free Duncan Hines Frostings. But the Duncan Hines Epic Baking Kits are elevated desserts, complete with mix, frosting, and toppings. Not all varieties are dairy-free, but two are: Fruity Pebbles Cake and S’mores Brownie!

    These fun and easy kits are a great project for kids, but also make special desserts for celebrations.

    S’mores Brownie

    This dessert is layers of deliciousness. It starts with a graham cracker crust, topped with fudgy brownie, sprinkled with mini marshmallows, and then drizzled with fudge. The directions call for eggs and butter. You can use oil in place of the melted butter, or your favorite dairy-free buttery spread.

    Duncan Hines Epic Baking Kits Reviews and Info (Dairy-Free Varieties)Ingredients: brownie mix (sugar, wheat flour, cocoa powder processed with alkali, palm oil, contains less than 2% of: wheat starch, salt, dextrose, natural flavor). graham crust mix (sugar, wheat flour, whole wheat flour, soybean oil, molasses, contains less than 2% of: salt, honey, sodium bicarbonate). marshmallows (corn syrup, sugar, gelatin, dextrose, modified corn starch, artificial vanilla flavor, potassium sorbate [preservative]). fudge pouch (sugar, palm oil with green tea and rosemary extract as anti-oxidants, alkalized cocoa powder, soy lecithin).  contains: soy, wheat.

    Nutrition (per 1/16 brownie – prepared): 240 calories, 10g fat, 35g carbs, 1g fiber, 23g sugars (includes 23g added sugars), 3g protein.*

    Fruity Pebbles Cake

    This rainbow dessert includes confetti cake mix, Fruity Pebbles-flavored frosting, and Fruity Pebbles cereal to mix in the cake and sprinkle on top. It’s dairy-free, even as prepared (call for oil, eggs, and water).

    Easy to make , good directions, however, I would like to see more marshmallows. Don’t think I will buy the smores kit again.
