Earth Grown Almond Milk Ice Cream Returns to Aldi’s Frozen Dessert Aisle

By Alisa Fleming on April 12, 2021 Dairy-Free Ice Cream Reviews, Product Reviews

Aldi is known for teasing customers with temporary products. They appear, but then quickly disappear before many customers can even find them. Fortunately, popular items, like Earth Grown Almond Milk Ice Cream, often return. And this dairy-free and vegan frozen dessert (full ingredient and nutrition details blow) is now available for at least a few months (we hope!), when their Coconut Milk Ice Cream might come back to take it’s place. Only ALDI knows.

The Vanilla is especially close in texture and taste to regular ice cream but the Chocolate is right behind and for those of us who need to be free of Dairy products this Ice Milk is fantastic. Thank you Aldi.

I was afraid to try vegan ice cream, thinking it would sacrifice flavor or texture… but it is truly delicious! I will definitely try all the flavors.

This product is absolutely amazing in flavor. I usually buy two boxes at a time. Recently tried the Mint Chocolate Chip in the pint container. So delicious. Much better than other products I’ve tried. I see others are as frustrated as I that the Aldi stores don’t carry their non-dairy frozen dessert products year round. Hope they change that strategy!

This is my new go-to summer treat. So delicious and the price ($3.49) is a bit higher than last summer. Still, it’s worth it.

Tried this because most Aldi products are phenomenal. This was not. It was not creamy it was icy and bland.

I will never purchase it again
