Forager Project Plant Shakes are Mixing it Up with Natural Ingredients

Lately, a lot of functional brands are taking nutrition too far in my opinion, in my opinion. They aim to meet every dietary goal in one product, resulting in food that’s quite unpalatable. I like that Forager keeps it real with their ingredients and objectives. Forager Project Plant Shakes are simple, sweet blends of whole foods for tasty plant-based beverages with benefits.

Forager Project Plant Shakes Review and Info - Creamy Protein and Probiotic Smoothies made with whole food ingredients. Dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and vegan.

Some of their creamy varieties have come and gone, but they currently offer Probiotic Plant Shakes and Protein Plant Shakes:

    • The Probiotic flavors combine Forager’s Drinkable Cashewgurt with fresh fruit and organic cane sugar for a smoothie on the go.
    • The Protein flavors are actually void of protein powder! They’re just richer, creamier versions of Forager’s Cashewmilk. They’re also free of added sugars, but are sweetened naturally with dates.

Please note that the serving size for the single-serve Plant Shakes is 1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) versus 1 cup (8 ounces) on their on their multi-serve products. This is the primary reason why the calorie, fat, and carb counts are notably higher.

Banana / Date - Usually Fermented

    Rated 3 out of 5

I love the Strawberry Probiotic Plant Shake. It has become a staple of my attempt at a healthier lunch. I’ve never had a problem with it. My issue is when the Strawberry flavor is out of stock. I have been grabbing the Banana & Date shake as an alternative. This variety is almost always fermented. Its an expensive and frustrating occurance. I will not purchase it anymore. My 2 cents.

I cant eat dairy and miss yogurt SO MUCH. This tastes of yogurt and I am hoping the probiotic is as legit as its flavor.
