Good Planet emerged as a new plant-based cheese alternative company last year, but they’ve really started gaining traction in recent months. Good Planet Dairy-Free Cheese Shreds can now be found in numerous U.S. stores, and many restaurants are testing them out as a plant-based menu option. Mozzarella seems to be their most widely available flavor, but they offer other varieties, including dairy-free Parmesan shreds!
