Sorry to say the quality of the slice cheddar ĺcheese . not the same went down. I bought two bags of cheddar cheese slice and had to throw it away because it crumbled to pieces. Waste my money. So I don’t recommend the brand or the cheese.

Looks like I’ve kicked dairy for good. This cheese MELTS, tastes GOOD, and has a cheddar taste that is enjoyable. I’m so pleased I’ve found it!

    Cheddar shred excellent

Trying to maintain better health cholesterol etc. Used the cheddar shred on nachos. I don’t know if the non-vegan person would notice an extreme difference if you didn’t tell them it was plant-based. Melted well and had a good cheddar flavor that mildly reminded me of Kraft macaroni and cheese cheddar flavor. Not that extreme though. Overall, I think this will be my go-to nacho cheese to help save my health when I’m craving something bad. 🙂

I stuck this on a sandwich in place of real cheese and the texture was perfect but the taste just wasn’t there. I’m giving this three stars based on the effort of the company and the facts that I have not tried it melted or used any other flavor.

This cheese is the closest to dairy cheddar without being dairy. Does melt although not gooey.
