Honey Stinger Waffles Energize in Sweet Dairy-Free Singles and Minis

Unlike Sweet Amsterdam, Honey Stinger isn’t a purely dairy-free waffle cookie company. They make a line of protein waffles that contain dairy. But Honey Stinger Waffles do come in “Energy,” Gluten-Free, and new Mini varieties that are all made without any milk ingredients.

When we first reported on Honey Stinger Waffles, they had just come out with a Kids’ line. They were basically their classic waffles in smaller sizes. They abandoned that line, but have recently released another portion-controlled concept: Mini Waffles.

I’ve included details below on the “Energy” Waffle flavors we’ve tried, followed by a list of all Honey Stinger Waffles currently available. Feel free to leave a rating and review below if you’ve tried any of them.

Classic Honey (also available as Minis)

The tender, flaky, cookie-like waffles sandwich a delicious honey-spiked filling. What’s interesting is that the outer waffles actually aren’t very sweet, but the inner layer of honey permeates this thin sandwich for well-balanced flavor. Overall, it’s an addictive experience.

Nutrition (per 30-gram waffle): 150 calories, 7g fat, 21g carbs, 1g fiber, 11g sugars (includes 11g added sugars), 1g protein.*

    Lemon

The Lemon is similar to the Classic Honey variety, but a little less sweet and complemented with a pleasant lemon essence.
