There are a lot of roasted nuts on the market, but I have to admit, Karma Nuts are in a league of their own. These seasoned cashews are plant-based and oil-free, yet generously coated with flavor from natural ingredients. Some of the varieties are roasted, and some are “wrapped.”
According to Karma Nuts, wrapped cashews retain their natural skins for extra crunch, superior flavor, and greater nutrition. They state that wrapped cashews have antioxidant levels comparable to blueberries and double the fiber of regular cashews. We thought they tasted pretty darn good too.

Love Every Flavor!
It’s rare when I can’t decide on a favorite flavor of a snack food, but I really can’t choose with these cashews. I tried six varieties, and they were all delicious. Here are my notes:
Golden Turmeric – Liked it so much more than I thought I would. These had a nice crisp (crispier than the others) and a warm, sultry flavor that wasn’t bitter, like turmeric can be.
Cinnamon – A real treat! Crunchy lightly sweet coating that is loaded with warm cinnamon.
Piri Piri – These have such a nice spicy flavor that isn’t too hot.
Cocoa – a nice balance of sweet and chocolaty – not overpowering but very delicious.
Sea Salt – A real infusion of saltiness in the coating that’s rather addictive. Very crispy like the turmeric.
Toasted Coconut – The most dessert-like of the bunch. These are tasty and sweet with a generous thick coating. The nuts are softer than the others but I didn’t mind.
