Kite Hill Protein Yogurt Stirs Things Up with 4 Plant-Based Flavors

    0
By Alisa Fleming on June 8, 2021 Dairy-Free Yogurt Reviews, Product Reviews

If you count macros and have low carb goals, then Kite Hill Protein Yogurt should be on your shopping list. It’s a higher protein and fat, but lower sugar dairy alternative that’s fermented with four dairy-free live and active cultures. Kite Hill keeps the creaminess high, but the sweetness light in this line, and even offers a keto-friendly unsweetened variety.

Kite Hill Protein Yogurt Reviews and Info - dairy-free, gluten-free, plant-based, low carb, high fat, high protein, low sugar. Keto friendly.

Kite Hill Protein Yogurt Stirs Things Up with 4 Plant-Based Flavors

Like most Kite Hill products, these yogurts are made with almond milk. But unlike the others, it’s enriched with soy protein and coconut cream, for nutrition and a richer consistency. Once you buy and try it, be sure to leave your own rating and review below!

The flavor is very offensive and so strong that no matter what it’s mixed with all you taste is the yogurt.

What are the chunks in my plant based yogurt?

    Rated 3 out of 5
    February 22, 2022

I buy the plain unsweetened protein yogurt just to use in smoothies. The last 2 containers I bought each had a green chunk of something floating in it. It looked like a green bean chunk except green beans were not on the “plant protein” ingredient list. I took them back to the store. I hope the next one is green chunk free!! I will buy it again, but if more chunks appear, I’m done.
