If you count macros and have low carb goals, then Kite Hill Protein Yogurt should be on your shopping list. It’s a higher protein and fat, but lower sugar dairy alternative that’s fermented with four dairy-free live and active cultures. Kite Hill keeps the creaminess high, but the sweetness light in this line, and even offers a keto-friendly unsweetened variety.

Tastes like playdoh
I’m not kidding. The vanilla flavor tasted like playdoh. I absolutely LOVE the smell of playdoh. But I now know what it’s like to eat it and it’s not good. So bizarre. Not worth the extra protein. I like silk better.
Love this yogurt!!!
I absolutely love this yogurt! I buy the vanilla flavor and add fresh berries. It is a perfect protein filled post-workout breakfast! I love the taste and that it is low in sugar, most yogurts have 3x the sugar! I don’t know why the bad reviews, it really does taste great, I never write reviews ever but felt inclined to say so!
Burns my throat
This stuff is so bad. I should ask for a refund. It’s pungent, and sour with a bad protein smoothie after taste. Do not buy
The only review here is bad
Gross.
One star because it won’t let me do zero
Tastes terrible 😕
The flavor is very offensive and so strong that no matter what it’s mixed with all you taste is the yogurt.
What are the chunks in my plant based yogurt?
I buy the plain unsweetened protein yogurt just to use in smoothies. The last 2 containers I bought each had a green chunk of something floating in it. It looked like a green bean chunk except green beans were not on the “plant protein” ingredient list. I took them back to the store. I hope the next one is green chunk free!! I will buy it again, but if more chunks appear, I’m done.
Tastes like dirt and grass
It tastes so bad. Like grass. Makes me want to cry.
Best vegan yogurt EVER
Consistency is perfect. low sugar, high protein, great flavors, no weird aftertaste. LOVE.
