Surprisingly good!

I love that these have enough protein to work as a small meal. The noodles cook up nicely, but have a small “perfect” window. They go from gummy to very soft quickly, so keep a close eye. Both my husband and I thought the Alfredo was delicious. Rich, creamy, and flavorful. The Parmesan & Herb was also good, but just a little “lemony” for my taste. I think it would be better with add-ins to cut into the tang a little.
