Mooala Keto Mylk has Zero Sugar but is Rich in Creamy MCT

You might know that friendly koala logo from banana milk, but Mooala has been expanding into other types of creamers and milk alternatives. And their latest endeavor is right on trend. Mooala Keto Mylk is sugar-free, extremely low carb, and high in fats from coconut cream and MCT oil. It also comes in some tempting flavors.

Although it’s darn close to carb-free, Mooala Keto Mylk packs in 5 grams of those beloved MCTs per serving. And each flavor comes in both refrigerated jugs and shelf-stable cartons.

Choc chip is also great for kidney stone (Oxalate free) diet. Delicious!

My only complaint is that the only store that carries it, is always out of stock.

The chocolate chip has MCT and 20 calories less than the other flavors.

I also need to keep my sugars low, and Keto friendly. It is delicious. I add powdered vitamins and crushed ice and it is a great treat. Even if it is necessary.

    Cinnamon roll

The taste and consistency are rather watery, but there was a detectable cinnamon roll flavor. I tried one cup and it wasn’t bad going down but within a few minutes I had a very upset stomach and experienced a strong laxative effect from it. I don’t see any sugar alcohols listed in the ingredients, which always have that effect on me, but I did see the pea protein which has never agreed with my gut. I’ll continue to use it rather than waste it but will only use a tablespoon or two in my coffee for the cinnamon roll flavor. By itself I simply cannot tolerate it because of the gastric upset it causes. Once it’s gone I most likely won’t buy it again.

Tasty Dairy Alternative - Make Sure you Shake Well

Tried the Vanilla Creme and I’m in love! It’s delicious and satisfying and a handy mylk for chia seed pudding. Can’t wait to try the cinnamon roll flavor next, but with the short fridge life, in waiting to open it up until the vanilla is gone.

I’m reading a lot of reviews that say this product is watery or bitter. Be sure to shake this product WELL every time you use it.

    ENJOYED

I enjoyed this milk in both Original and Vanilla Creme. The other plant based milks make me nauseous or gassy. It’s definitely watered, but my digestive system wasn’t agitated after drinking it so I’ll but it again. Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t watery.

Tried all the flavors, nothing is bitter. Along with some protein items, this could be a staple for a keto diet.

Horrible. Spit my first sip in the sink them immediately poured the rest down the drain. My daughter and husband didn’t have as bad of a reaction but they did not like it either. If you have a strong response to bitter flavor then don’t even bother with this.

    Weak and tasteless

Not sure what this is best used for. Tried it with coffee but disappeared and did not lighten the color. I seemed OK for drinking but vanilla was almost imperceptible. Overpriced for weak coconut milk with some MCT added. Will not purchase again. Much better products out there.
