Springfield Creamery, the makers of Nancy’s Probiotic Foods, is a family owned Eugene, Oregon company that was founded in 1960. They are dedicated to their dairy product lines, but have also catered to dairy-free customers for years. Their Soy Yogurt was discontinued a few years ago, but they replaced it with a full range of non-dairy Nancy’s Oatmilk Yogurt. And this summer, they’ve decided to completely revamp their oatmilk line. It has a new look and a brand new recipe, with several ingredient changes.
Nancy’s Oatmilk Yogurt Transitions to All New Formula and Packaging
What are the changes in Nancy’s Oatmilk Yogurt? The company swapped the faba bean protein for chickpea protein, down-sized ever so slightly from 6 ounces to the standard 5.3 ounce singles (the multi-serves are still the same size), increased the coconut oil for a richer (and higher fat) consistency, and replaced the agar with gellan gum for thickening. But don’t worry, it’s still dairy-free and soy-free, contains live and active cultures, and has 30 to 50% less sugar than the leading plant-based yogurts (and many dairy yogurts).

More Allergen Notes
These yogurts are made without top allergens, and do not have a “may contain” statement for any allergens. The container we purchased actually had dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, and soy-free listed right on the package. However, they are made on shared equipment with dairy (we’re assuming yogurt). They do not specify certified gluten-free oats on the ingredients online, but it looks like they do on the containers. Double check in store and with the company, if needed.

Love this Product!
I have tried both the Vanilla & Blueberry and can say these will be in my cart every time I shop! Great flavor, great with mixing in granola & berries – couldn’t recommend more! Reading other reviews it seems the only negative comments are about the plain… so maybe just avoid that particular yogurt, the rest are awesome!
Plain tastes like it went sour
I just bought the plain version tonight and I thought I had purchased a rancid one. I am not picky about my vegan yogurts but this is awful. I should have checked the reviews first before purchasing. Please improve the plain version!
Vanilla flavor is great!
The vanilla flavor was great and the protein is a plus . I also like the low calorie count , it makes for a good snack while I cook a bigger meal or simply dress it up with some Fresh fruit if you want a sweeter taste !
Plain tastes terrible
I’m not one to write reviews, but I WON’T SPEND MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. It made me sick.
Horrible Taste and Smell - Impossible to Eat
The plain oatmilk is awful. I thought it spoiled and had to check reviews to confirm since the date was still good. Will never buy this brand again.
Picky eater loves
3 year old grandson is an extremely picky eater. He loves the vanilla and blueberry non dairy yogurt. Was so grateful to finally find a breakfast item he will eat.
RANCID
Purchased the plain and was excited to try it. I like other oatmilk yogurts for their creaminess. I cannot express how horrible this product actually is. It’s rancid, tastes as if it’s spoiled. It was so sour it immediately made me sick to my stomach. There is no hope of saving this with fresh fruit, honey, sweetener, etc.
Plain is disgusting
I came across this in the aisle, And I love oat milk so I thought I would try it. I got plain as I always do because I don’t want added sugars. As soon as I opened it it smelled rancid. The taste was not any better. I took one bite and threw the entire thing away and that was even with fruit in it. The plain was just lumpy and disgusting
Tasty
I got the vanilla and it’s great! Add some cinnamon, granola, and berries and you got yourself a great breakfast. Don’t know why there’s so many naysayers.
loved it but
I loved it but sadly it set off a really bad IBS reaction. so this is another thing to add to my avoid list
