Yet another dairy producers is diving head first into the dairy alternative market – and with oat milk products no less. But to set themselves apart from the competitors, Natural by Nature Oat Creamer is made without added sweeteners and with organic ingredients. They also use minimal ingredients in general, and add a touch of calcium for fortification.

Natural by Nature Oat Creamer Reviews & Info - Organic, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, vegan

Natural by Nature Oat Creamer makes an Organic Dairy-Free Splash

As mentioned above, this oat creamer is made without any added sweeteners, but due to processing regulations, they do contain “added sugars.” To make oat milk products smooth (or to put it bluntly, less slimy), they use enzymes to break down the carbohydrates. This produces simple sugars, which by regulation, must then be counted as added sugars.

Most creamers show nutrition facts by the tablespoon, but Natural by Nature shows it by the cup! For comparison to competitors, Natural by Nature Oat Creamer contains just 9 calories, .6 grams of sugar (that’s less than 1 gram of sugar), and .5 grams of fat per tablespoon.
