We’ve seen the buzz for quite some time, but Oatly Oatgurt has finally landed in the U.S. and U.K. This oat-based yogurt alternative is described as “full fat,” which is interesting since oats are darn close to fat free to start with. However, it’s enriched to create a creamier finish. They say it’s thicker than European-style yogurt, but not quite as thick as Greek-style.
But what excites us most about Oatly Oatgurt is the fruit on the bottom. There aren’t many dairy-free fruit-on-the-bottom yogurts available, let alone ones that are top allergen-free and coconut-free. You can swirl that fruit goodness, give it a good mix, or layer on more goodies for a vegan parfait experience.
Oatly Oatgurt Stirs Things Up with Fruit-on-the-Bottom Vegan Yogurt
Oatly Oatgurt is cultured with five live and active vegan probiotic strains. Each variety is made with their baseline Plain yogurt, but the fruit flavors have corresponding fruit jams on the bottom. Please leave your taste rating and review below for Oatly Oatgurt if you buy and try it!
