Planet Oat Oatmilk Brings Low-Sugar Taste to the Dairy-Free World

Aside from the dark chocolate, all of the Planet Oat Oatmilk varieties are made without any added sugars. And even the chocolate version is modest in sugar compared to most competitors. All of the flavors are fortified to rival dairy milk in vitamins and minerals. But it’s still modest in protein when compared to dairy.

They do use some thickeners and stabilizers to aid in the creamy finish, but unlike some oatmilk brands, this is an oil-free option.

I have a milk loving 7 year old and this is the first non dairy that fooled her. She thought it was milk. I am hooked. It is awesome in coffee.

I have tried soy, almond, cashew, pea, and other oat milk products. Planet Oat is by far the best, but l have had problems with it, l have bought 14 half gallon cartons and literally half of the oat milks were thickened. The chocolate variety was never affected, but the vanilla and regular were. I began to purchase the milk in a different store, but the same result occurred. I am now afraid to purchase any more, but l do love your product.

La leche es muy rica .. Pero me gustaria saber por que en la etiqueta dice que no se use como leche de infante?
(Editor Translation to English: The milk is very rich. But I would like to know why the label says it is not used as infant milk?)

I love this stuff. Regular milk was giving me swelling in my hands irritating my arthritis. I have always loved milk but now I can get better nutrition without the irritation and the taste is great. Excellent Planet Oats!

The first one i bought was the vanilla it was very light with a hint of vanilla , i enjoyed it because it also had just the right sweetness. The second one i bought was the extra creamy & it was exactly that in a good way , it made a perfect match for my coffee & smoothie. I have a question what’s the purpose of adding sunflower oil to the extra creamy?

Response from Go Dairy Free

We’re not affiliated with the company, but I have tested many batches of homemade oat milk and can attest that a little added oil does make the finish much creamier. It emulsifies to add richness that the oats can’t achieve on their own.

It tastes great

Many people in the vegan group on Facebook had lots of good things to say about oat milk as it’s the best dairy alternative on the market. I have to agree. It taste great and I will continue to buy.

The store offered samples at a kiosk and I tried the original. I’ve since had the vanilla and will buy the chocolate for the grandkids, but original is my favorite. I particularly enjoy a half cup serving before bed.
