There are quite a few buttery spreads out there, and you might be surprised to know that a majority of them are made by one company. Upfield is the producer behind Country Crock, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, Flora, and many more. Including Pure Blends Plant-Based Butter. This is one of their newer buttery spread brands, but it’s already well-distributed at mainstream grocers in the U.S.
Pure Blends Plant-Based Butter made with Avocado and Coconut Oils
Pure Blends comes in two varieties, coconut oil and avocado oil. But that doesn’t mean they are made purely with those oil. These are still oil blends emulsified and whipped to create a buttery consistency and flavor. Be sure to leave your own rating and review below if you try either of them.

Butter Me Up!
I’m pretty impressed by this brand! I’ve only tried the avocado oil blend, but it has a great, fairly neutral flavor that goes well with anything, sweet or savory. It’s creamy and easily spreadable right out of the fridge, which means it better for toast and toppings rather than more serious cooking or baking. There’s a lot more added water here than conventional butter, which gives it that softer texture, and also a much lower calorie count. It’s not my first choice, but it’s more affordable than many other options, so I wouldn’t be mad about having it in the fridge.
