Rice Dream Milk Beverage is Still a Go-To for Food Allergic Families

    0
By Alisa Fleming on July 29, 2019 Dairy-Free Milk Substitute Reviews, Product Reviews

Hands down, the most popular type of milk beverage with food allergy families is rice milk. Almond milk might be winning with adults, but the taste of rice milk seems to have an edge with kids. It’s also nut-free, and thus suitable for both milk and nut allergies. Perhaps this is why Rice Dream milk beverages are still available in so many varieties, even after 30 years on the market!

We first shared this brand in our listings about a decade ago, but their line up has changed quite a bit. So we’ve updated this post with their current varieties, ingredients, and our new ratings for you to post your own review below.

Rice Dream Milk Beverages Review and Info - ingredients, nutrition facts, ratings, and notes on this dairy-free, vegan, nut-free rice milk line - organic, sprouted, enriched, and horchata!

Rice Dream Milk Beverage Has Options for Everyone

While other milk beverage brands focus on flavors, Rice Dream covers the nutritional bases. They technically have just three flavors (original, vanilla, and horchata), but they offer organic, non-organic, classic, fortified, and even sprouted rice milks.

And don’t let the sugars fool you. The only Rice Dream variety with added sweetener is the Horchata. The sweetness and sugars come from the rice itself. The “Unsweetened” varieties use a different processing method to remove most of the sugars.
