Ripple Nutrition is a line of super-high protein, dairy-free shakes – both powdered and ready-to-drink. I wouldn’t quite call Ripple Protein Shakes meal replacements, because they are modestly fortified, but they do boast a sustainable amount of energy. And the Protein Powders are actually sugar-free.
Ripple has made some changes to their Nutrition line lately – adding and swapping out some flavors. Read on for the details and be sure to leave your rating and review below once you try any of these products.

Allergen Note*
Ripple isn’t big enough (yet!) to have their own dedicated manufacturing facility. And some of the manufacturing plants they work with do handle top allergen ingredients, and they do share production lines with some top allergen ingredients. However, Ripple does have an extensive allergen management program in place to protect their ingredients and production lines from potential allergen contamination. You can read more about their Allergen Program.

Really like the chocolate pre made shake
I didn’t care for the taste of the vanilla but really like the chocolate Ripple protein shake. They are premade so it’s easy and I think they taste a little like a Yoo-hoo.
I can’t find it in store so by from Amazon. Really like that’s it Vegan too!
Loving it
I’ve been using for a week. I enjoy the taste (I have the chocolate power shake). It’s not too sweet or fake tasting. It’s mild. I’m was surprised to see it’s not necessarily a meal replacement because I am using it as one and it is keeping me satisfied. I have not been hungry or felt bad. In fact, I have felt really good this week! More energy.
Creamy and Delicious
I have had the Vanilla, Salted Caramel and Chocolate and they are delicious. They don’t have that gritty mouth feel that some protein shakes have. I love that they have 20grams of protein. I have a dairy and egg Allergy plus I’m Gluten Sensitive! I tried Orgains Protein shake and they were horrible so glad I found these in My Go dairy free email! Thanks
