Silk Latte makes a Comeback with Creamy Almond and Oat Milks (DISCONTINUED)

    0
By Alisa Fleming on January 23, 2020 Discontinued Products, Product Reviews

Alas, it looks like Silk Latte has been discontinued again. Perhaps it will emerge for a third time! Meanwhile, see our Creamy Dairy-Free Beverage Reviews for coffee drinks that are still available.

You might recall, way back in 2013, when Silk Iced Latte hit the scene. It came in two classic coffeehouse flavors, and was made with a base of soymilk. It had a short-lived stint in the limelight before disappearing from stores shelves. But now, Silk Latte has returned and it’s received a up-to-the-minute makeover!

The new Silk Latte formula is soy-free and made with a blend of cold-brew UTZ certified coffee, espresso, almondmilk, and oatmilk. It’s sold in snazzy new bottles that are not only recyclable, but also made from at least 80% plants.

Each serving of this creamy dairy-free coffee drink contains 80 to 95 milligrams of caffeine and is made with cold-brewed Arabica coffee, plus a shot of espresso. Did they get the flavor right? Leave your rating and review below once you’ve tried this product!

I really like this and I don’t like coffee! It is very smooth, not bitter at all, and it is not overly sweet. I make sure to heat it up because it is better that way!

I bought the mocha flavor today from target. It straight up tastes like mocha flavored water. There was no body to the drink that you’d get from any other mocha alternative. The taste was lacking.
