Silk Soymilk has Bean Around Longer than Most Milk Beverages

Updated 2020! The very first milk alternative I used was Silk Soymilk. We bought it for enjoying morning cereal, and we were actually quite smitten with the full-bodied taste. As we progressed to smoothies, their unsweetened version became our new favorite.

That was quite a long time ago, and literally hundreds of dairy-free milk beverages have come and gone between then and now. But this has remained a favorite in countless households, including our own. It’s naturally high in protein and micro-nutrients, and it’s made with whole soybeans, the “good” kind of soy. (Read my Soy Report for more details).
