Simple Truth Dairy Free Frozen Dessert Bars are Dipped in Decadence

Just one of my many goals for this year is to add more store brand products to Go Dairy Free. The dairy-free options are rapidly popping up, and “generics” offer good opportunities for budget-conscious consumers to enjoy some indulgences, like these ice cream bars. Simple Truth Dairy Free Frozen Dessert Bars are sold at Kroger’s family of stores (think Fred Meyer, Smiths, Food 4 Less, QFC, Pay-Less, among others), across the country.

Simple Truth Dairy Free Frozen Dessert Bars are Dipped in Decadence

These luxurious bars are rich coconut milk ice cream, enrobed in chocolate, and spiked with flavorful crunchy bites. Think Nestle crunch ice cream bars, only plant-based, vegan, and far more exciting. But be sure to share your take – leave your unbiased rating and review below once you buy and try them!

    Real Treat for Dairy Free

The ice cream is delicious and creamy, the chocolate coating is also very tasty with the bites of berries and seeds. My ONLY complaint is that the chocolate shell falls off almost immediately after you start eating the bar. First one side, then the other just comes off! But the flavor is worth the mess, and I just have to be prepared with a dish or napkin to catch the chocolate, then eat it! I just hope that I can find it stocked in our stores.
