Soy Dream Milk Beverage Has Bean Around for Two Decades

    0
By Alisa Fleming on August 29, 2019 Dairy-Free Milk Substitute Reviews, Product Reviews

Updated 2019! Soymilk was dwarfed by the popularity of almond milk many years ago, but it hasn’t gone extinct. As of last year, 13% of non-dairy milk sales were still for soy. Which is why Soy Dream is still on the market, and why I’m updating it in our rating and review section today. We already have Rice Dream, Almond Dream, Coconut Dream, and Oat Dream up for you to read about and rate, but somehow we missed Soy Dream!

Soy Dream Milk Beverage Review and Information - dairy-free, vegan, enriched soymilk in two organic varieties

Soy Dream Milk Beverage Has Bean Around for over a Decade

One benefit of soymilk is that it’s naturally high in protein. In fact, it has almost as much protein as dairy milk. And Soy Dream is fortified to rival the micronutrients in milk. The only thing we could wish for is an unsweetened version, but for now, they still have these two varieties. Be sure to leave your review and rating below if you’ve tried them.

I was told by a natural dr. that I should quit consuming milk and dairy products, as I had developed GERD. So I turned to using soy milk and gradually got used to its taste and now it is hard to do without it. Not because of habit, but it makes good sense to your stomach.

I love soy dream. Creamy and tasty, much better than almond milk. Even more important it has more protein and less sugar than the almond milk I was drinking.
