For all my Canadian friends, there are exciting dairy-free products that you can get in Canada, but not in the U.S. Yes, they really do exist! Just ask Spread’Em Kitchen. They’ve come out with a full line of plant-based cheese alternatives that you can find in stores from Victoria to Halifax. They include the previously released Soft Cheezes and the newer Spread’Em Kitchen Firm Cheeze Blocks, discussed in this post.

Despite the sturdy name, these are semi-soft bricks that will crumble under pressure. They’re actually intended for crumbling and using on recipes (like pizza!) or slicing and snacking straight up. Once you try this product, let us know in the ratings and review below what you think of it! Your notes help others make an informed purchasing decision.
