Tofutti Cuties Ice Cream Sandwiches Get Dashing New Look

    0
By Alisa Fleming on September 22, 2022 Dairy-Free Ice Cream Novelty Reviews, Product Reviews

Back before the dairy-free revolution, Tofutti provided dairy alternatives to an under-served population. Many of their products have persisted for decades, but the company decided they need a fresh look to keep up with the times. So their dairy-free cream cheeses, ricotta, sour cream, dips, cheese slices, ice cream pints, and even their adorable Tofutti Cuties ice cream sandwiches have received a makeover. But don’t worry, the treats inside the packages haven’t changed a bit!

    Bought these on accident

I bought these on accident and not until I had eaten the all of the sandwiches and LOVED them, my grandma tells me it’s tofu!! Ha, what a fun surprise, I didn’t even know. I’ll be buying these from now on. (:

(p.s. they are much more icy in the ice cream part rather than creamy, that was the only give away and yet I still didn’t notice)

The Vanilla and Mint Chocolate Chip really won me over. I love their vanilla ice cream, and the refreshing flavor of the mint one is wonderful. I also love that it has mini chocolate chips in it! The cookies are soft, so the chocolate chips add a nice textural contrast.

Ice cream sandwiches hit the sweet spot

Though not the most virtuous by ingredients, these perfectly-portioned ice cream sandwiches hit the sweet spot when a guilty pleasure is in order. The soft chocolate wafers sandwich creamy soy-based frozen dessert.
