Last week, I told you about the launch of Valsoia Gelato in the U.S. What I didn’t mention were the Valsoia Gelato Novelties that are also landing in the states. They include several single-serve treats made with almond milk and cashew milk, including Italian cones! The U.S. line-up is similar to Valsoia’s European selection, but with a few less options. In Italy they also make some soya-based ice cream novelties and a coconut ice cream bar. These are the ingredients and details for the options in the U.S.

Italian Cones

This hand-held treat features Valsoia’s creamy almond milk vanilla gelato in a crunchy vegan waffle cone. It’s topped with chocolate and lightly salted chopped almonds. Yes, there are no peanuts!

Italian Sandwich Bars

It’s double the fun with these crisp ice cream sandwiches. The middle is half almond milk vanilla gelato and half almond milk chocolate gelato. And it’s sandwiched with one vanilla biscuit and one chocolate biscuit.

These portion-controlled bars keep it simple with Valsoia’s vanilla almond milk gelato wrapped in dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate.

The box for these Valsoia gelato novelties is different from the others because these bars are made with cashew milk. They’re also more indulgently sized with a rich salted caramel gelato filling and crisp chocolate coating.
