    Another dairy alternative has crossed the pond! Vitalite Dairy-Free Cheese is landing in the U.S. with distribution at more than 5000 grocers across the country. Their fledgling vegan line in North America includes mozzarella shreds and slices, cheddar shreds and slices, and grated parmesan crumbles, each made without top allergens.

    Vitalite Dairy-Free Cheese Aims for Better Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Parmesan

    Unlike most other brands, Vitalite shreds and slices have slightly different formulas, so we’ve listed the details for each separately. And though it has a similar formula, Vitalite Parmesan Style Crumbles come in a much smaller package. The image makes it look just as big as the others, but it is 2.1 ounces of product versus 7 ounces in the other varieties.
