Welch’s Protein Smoothies put the Squeeze on Frozen Dairy-Free Drinks

    0
By Alisa Fleming on August 9, 2019 Dairy-Free Creamy Beverage Reviews, Dairy-Free Protein Shake & Meal Replacement Reviews, Product Reviews

We’ve all seen the protein shake powders and the refrigerated protein smoothies, but Welch’s Protein Smoothies are a new category of dairy-free beverage. These convenient snacks are frozen, so you can enjoy a very cool fruit experience.

As a heads up, these freezer pouches are produced by a company called Big Easy Blends, not Welch’s. They license the Welch’s name.

Welch's Protein Smoothies Review and Information - dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan and plant-based frozen smoothies that are ready to enjoy.

Welch’s Protein Smoothies put the Squeeze on Frozen Dairy-Free Drinks

Just like your favorite smoothie, Welch’s Protein Smoothies are meant to be enjoyed a little icy. The pouches are kept frozen, but removed from the freezer to thaw for just 5 to 10 minutes before eating. If you’re starving, you can place one under warm water for 30 seconds instead. Then you massage the pouch, open, and squeeze to enjoy.

so i suffer from GERD & most would assume it is just a severe form of heartburn, but its much worse. many premade smoothies on the market contain either milk (which whole milk triggers reflux) or lime / lemon juice (a gigantic heartburn trigger) ; this is pretty much the only brand on market i have found containing neither of those, and i can safely drink them without terrible heartburn. it also contains protein which i severely lack. im so glad i can have this. never stop making it

I’m a new mother going through the ‘picky’ eater phase with my 18 month old. These are my go-to for breakfast or snack when he refuses everything else and I appreciate the constant. His preference changes daily as well as weekly but he’ll ALWAYS enjoy a smoothie pack.
