Pork Sausage (Egg-Free, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free)



  • 4 lb lean ground pork
  • 2 lb ground pork fat
  • 1 T salt
  • 2 t pepper
  • 2 t cayenne pepper
  • 2 large onions chopped fine
  • 6 cloves garlic minced

Combine all ingredients mix well.
