Cosmic Coconut, Cranberry and Cherry Smoothies - each sweet sip packs in 5 types of delicious fruit! Naturally dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan and allergy-friendly recipe. To qualify for the contest, this recipe for cranberry and cherry smoothies uses Coconut Milk Beverage from So Delicious Dairy Free.

Note that Fiona uses frozen berries in these fruit-rich cherry smoothies. If you pt to use fresh, simply use a frozen banana, broken into chunks, to keep it chilly and somewhat thick. You can also opt to use a frozen banana along with the frozen berries if you like your smoothies thick.

I replaced cherries with sour cherries… yummm… The heat is not whining down yet where I am, so a nutritious and original smoothie makes my day!

Beautiful and healthy! I love this and actually have almost all the ingredients except cherry. Do you think raspberries would do in a pinch?

Yes! The raspberries may add a little tartness, but I don’t think that’s a bad thing.
