- 1 cup plain or unsweetened dairy-free milk beverage
- 1 package (12 ounces) firm silken tofu
- 2 packages (0.7 ounce each) dry Italian dressing mix
- Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate.
