Easy Creamy Italian Dressing
Serves: 10
  • 1 cup plain or unsweetened dairy-free milk beverage
  • 1 package (12 ounces) firm silken tofu
  • 2 packages (0.7 ounce each) dry Italian dressing mix
  1. Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate.
