By ingredients, this recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, optionally gluten-free, nut-free, grain-free, peanut-free, vegan, plant-based, and vegetarian.

Hemp Salad Dressing
  • 2 parts Nutiva Hemp Oil
  • 2 parts olive oil
  • 2 parts vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • fresh or dried herbs
  • a dash of soy sauce [use wheat-free tamari for gluten-free]
  • a sprinkling of Nutiva Hempseeds
  1. Blend up and serve.
