    Ingredients
    • 2 peeled navel oranges
    • ¼ cup orange juice
    • ¼ cup raw cashews
    • 2 tbsp. of blood orange vinegar or pear vinegar
    Instructions
    1. Blend ingredients until silkly smooth. Use liberally on salad or as vegetable dip.

        Cashews do thicken quite a bit. You can add more juice or water, but we will take a look at this contributed recipe further (it’s from Dr. Fuhrman). Sorry that it did not work out well for you Lorena!
