To up the chocolate intensity, you can substitute Chocolate Coconut Milk Beverage and/or Chocolate Coconut Milk Ice Cream. For added richness, use Lite Coconut Milk.
- 1 cup So Delicious Dairy Free Vanilla Coconut Milk Ice Cream
- ¾ cup dairy-free coconut milk beverage, chilled
- 3 tablespoons dairy-free chocolate syrup (such as Hershey's or Santa Cruz Organic)
- ½ teaspoon dairy-free caramel-flavored syrup (such as Torani)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Handful ice (for thicker)
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
