3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies


My niece Kylie made these simple, yet tasty 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies, and hand delivered them to dozens of neighbors and friends for the holidays. These cookies are best eaten on the same day, when they are quite chewy.  Store sealed well in plastic to keep them from becoming too crispy.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  1. Preheat the oven to 325F.
  2. Combine all ingredients and blend well.
  3. Drop by the Tablespoon onto a baking sheet and flatten with a fork.
  4. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until done.
