Serves: A dozen cookies
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup granulated maple sugar
  • 1 cup nut butter of choice
  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Roll into walnut-sized balls.
  3. Place staggered on sheet pan.
  4. Bake at 350 until done.
